Use the public storefront
Tests follow pages a shopper can reach: storefront, product, cart, checkout, and the visible payment step.
Checkout Watch tests the buyer-facing path, keeps evidence private, and separates optional measurement from the service you asked us to provide.
Tests follow pages a shopper can reach: storefront, product, cart, checkout, and the visible payment step.
A test may add a product to a temporary cart. It does not submit payment or intentionally create an order.
You must own the store, work for it, or have permission to test it. Connected tests add store verification.
Reports can include steps, technical events, screenshots, video, or trace evidence. Those artefacts remain private and are shown only through authorised report or account access.
Checkout evidence, store URLs, names, emails, alert destinations, credentials, payment details, and raw error text are excluded from product analytics.
You can change future measurement through the website banner. Signed-in users also have account privacy controls, including withdrawal across devices. Session replay and broad product autocapture are off for the initial analytics release.
We use it to send the requested WordPress plugin link and three short setup emails. The free plugin remains available directly from WordPress.org.
The separate product-news checkbox is optional and can be cleared before submitting. Every ongoing marketing email includes an unsubscribe path.
The address is held in Checkout Watch’s dedicated marketing system. Requesting the plugin does not create an account, team, trial, or application profile.
